He praised the country’s doctors, nurses and all health care workers. He attributed the success of the scheme to all the medical personnel.

Your name is included in the beneficiaries of this scheme but you can correct it if it does not belong to the family. You have to go to your nearest government hospital and contact the CMO to include the name of the whole family.
You will then be asked for some documents related to your identity like Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Income Certificate etc. After this your name will be included in the beneficiaries of this scheme.
Apart from this if your family comes under the purview of this scheme, today you can find out about it by visiting the nearest General Service Center (CSC).
