LPG cylinder price hike after petrol-diesel, new price effective from today

New Delhi: Domestic LPG cylinder prices have been hiked sharply. The new prices are applicable from today. Rates for domestic LPG cylinders have increased since October 6, 2021. From today, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi has gone up from Rs 899.50 to Rs 949.5.



The price of domestic LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 50. Now if you buy a domestic LPG cylinder in Mumbai, you have to pay Rs 949.50. When you buy a cylinder in Kolkata, you have to pay Rs 976. Earlier, the price of an LPG cylinder was Rs 926. In Chennai, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder has gone up from Rs 915.50 to Rs 965.50.


In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder has gone up from Rs 938 to Rs 987.50. While in Patna, Bihar, you can get a domestic LPG cylinder for Rs 1039.50. Which was earlier Rs 998.


It may be noted that the price of petrol and diesel has also been hiked once again after a long hiatus. Diesel and petrol prices have been hiked by 80 paise per liter. The increased prices have come into effect from today.

What is the price in Gujarat? In Gujarat, petrol price has been increased by 79 paise and diesel by 85 paise. For 138 days, the average price of petrol is fixed at Rs 96 and that of diesel at Rs 89. Domestic gas prices have also gone up by Rs 50. The price of LPG cylinder in Gujarat is Rs. 956.50. The new price has been implemented in LPG from today with the price increase.
