How to add money on paytm wallet.
- Open the Paytm app.

Scan QR Code.
If you wish to pay or send money to anyone through
Paytm, you can do it in two ways. One of the ways is by scanning the QR code
displayed by the retailer. To learn to pay or send money through QR code,
follow these steps:
- Open the Paytm app.
- On the app home screen, tap on the ‘Pay or
Send’
option.
- Scan the QR code.
- Enter the desired amount.
- Tap on the ‘Pay’ button to proceed with the
payment.
Once your transaction is successful, you
will receive an order summary with a congratulatory message stating that the
desired amount has been paid.
Mobile Number.
The second and the easier way to send and pay money
using Paytm Wallet is through the mobile number of the Paytm account holder. To
do so, follow these steps:
- Open the Paytm app.
- On the app home screen, tap on the ‘Pay or
Send’
option.
- Tap on the “Mobile
No.”
option.
- Enter the mobile number of the person to which
you want to pay or send the money. If you don’t remember the number, you
can choose it from your contacts.
- Enter the desired amount.
- Tap on the ‘Send
Money’
button to proceed with the payment.
Once your transaction is successful, you
will receive an order summary with a congratulatory message stating that the
desired amount has been paid.
How to transfer money from the paytm
account to your bank account.
The Paytm customers also have an option
of transferring money from their Paytm account to their bank account. They can
do so by following the some easy steps given below:
- Open the Paytm app.
- On the app home screen, tap on the ‘Passbook’ option.
- Select ‘Send Money to bank’ option.
- Tap on ‘Transfer’ to proceed with the transfer of
the money to your bank account.
- Enter your bank details such as the amount that
you wish to transfer from Paytm wallet, your bank account number and
bank’s IFSC.
- Tap on the ‘Send’ option to complete the
transaction.
Once the transaction is initiated, you
will receive a summary of your Paytm updated balance with a congratulatory
message stating that the desired amount has been successfully transferred to
your bank account.
Transferring money from your Paytm account to
your bank account may take up to seven days

Step 1: Login your Paytm App
and click on ‘Pay’ option on the home page.
Step 2: Enter the mobile
number of receiver (to whom you wish to transfer money, make sure the receiver
should also be registered Paytm user)

wish to transfer and click send button.
How to Reset
Paytm Password?
I forget my password all the time. I
only remember one password, it is my google account password.

Sign-up on Paytm app

Go-to profile section at the bottom of
the page and click on ‘Forgot password’.

Enter your registered email address or
mobile number and click on ‘proceed’.

Submit the OTP sent on your mobile
number and click on the link sent to your email to reset your password.

Now you can enter the ‘new password’ and
click update. Your password will be updated.
How to do Paytm KYC?
Paytm users can complete their KYC (know-your-customer) process
either by direct Paytm app, by visit KYC centre or call Paytm helpline. Let’s

Open you Paytm app and tap on KYC option.

Click on proceed and agree to terms and conditions checkbox.

Now, enter your Aadhar card name and number (if you don’t have
aadhar card, you can complete your KYC through Passport, Voter ID or Driving

Enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number and confirm your
Aadhar card details.

Enter other additional details like marital status, profession,
parents name and PAN number.

Submit details and your KYC is complete for 1 year.
How to open
Paytm Bank Account?
Now Paytm lets you create a
bank account. With their Paytm Bank account, you invest money in FDs and get
interest, debit card and transfer money to bank account without paying any
extra charges.
Unlike Paytm wallet which
charges extra to transfer money from Paytm wallet to bank a/c.

Login to your Paytm account and click on ‘Bank’ option on the
bottom of your screen.

Set passcode and enter the nominee details for your account.
·
In case your non-KYC customer, you will be directed to complete
your KYC first.

If your KYC customer, you will be notified once your account is
created.
How to
Deposit Money into Paytm?

Sign-up or login your Paytm account and click on ‘Paytm wallet’.
·
Enter the amount you wish to add by clicking on ‘Add Money’
option.

You can add money via method like Debit/Credit card, Net
Banking, IMPS or ATM card.
·
You will be redirected to
a secure payment page where you need to provide payment details.

After successful transaction money will be added in your Paytm

How to link
Paytm with Bank Account?

Open Paytm app and tap on BHIM UPI option.
·
Select your Bank from the option given. Now, Paytm will send
automatic SMS to verify your mobile number and fetch your bank account details
that linked with mobile number.

After verification complete, you can see bank account list that

How to
delete Paytm History?
No, Transaction history
cannot be cleared or delete by the owner of account. Once your transaction is
complete or failed it will be entry in passbook. So, there will be no option to
delete order list.

You can buy a Paytm FASTag online by following these
steps:
