Five teenagers have died after drowning in the river Ganga in a frenzy of making tic-tac-toe videos. According to the details received, Ajar Tousif, Fardeen, Shaif, Rizwan and Saki reached the banks of Ganga this morning at Sipahiya Ghat in Ramgar area of Varanasi.
It is said that he first made a tic-tac-toe video in the sand on the river bank and then they plunged into the water. Meanwhile, a teenager's foot slipped and he started drowning in the deep water. . Another teenager informed his family members about this. The bodies of the five were recovered from the river.
Hearing the voices of the two teenagers, some boats sitting on the shore rushed to rescue the teenagers. But by the time he got out of the middle of the rising sand, all five had drowned. The incident was immediately reported to the police.

A team of half a dozen divers from Ramnagar along with police also reached the spot. After two hours of hard work, the five teenagers were pulled out of the water and taken to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital by ambulance. Five were pronounced dead here.
