The lockdown has been lifted keeping in view the sentiments of traders in Lockdown-2. From now on, traders will be able to keep their shops open from 9 am to 6 pm as per the government's guideline. On the other hand, there was joy among the people who were allowed to open the gates of the temples.
According to the announcement issued by the Kutch Collector, the district will be in the throes of Kafaryu from 5 am to 9 pm. Strict action will be taken if anyone stays out of the house except during this time.
Economic activities, trade and employment can be continued from 8 am to 7 pm in municipal areas except containment and micro containment zones and from 8 am to 8 pm in non-municipal areas.
Medical stores and milk parlors will not be subject to the said time restriction as an exception. Essential services and necessities can be sold in the containment zone from 7 am to 7 pm. But people living here, workers, shopkeepers will not be able to go outside the containment zone.
In view of the health and entertainment of the people, a sports complex and a stadium have been set up in Kutch. However, large audiences will not be able to gather. The city bus will be able to run at 60 per cent capacity. From now on, a two-wheeler will be able to carry two persons and a rickshaw will carry two passengers except the driver.

No exemption is given in the limit of persons decided in case of marriage or death in lockdown-2. The presence of 50 persons at the wedding and 20 persons at the time of death has been maintained. The system has allowed all religious structures to remain open with the observance of social distances. However, ceremonies and gatherings will not be held.
